Nothing to mention at all.
Worst place I have worked in 35 years. Boys club is so evident as is nepotism and favoritism. I was told in interview that promotion is based on meritocracy but in reality that is really not the case. They promote their friends who are men! Anyway if it can be avoided dont bother to work here - they knock your confidence, they only work on BAU projects - no consulting unless you are lucky and they dumb you down by training in house which isnt always passing on the correct knowledge.

Variety of projects the firm currently involves itself with. Excellent supportive staff. Plenty of on-line training. Good PIP training if one is falling behind performance expected of them. Clear cut corporate promotion levels and what one has to do to achieve them.
One can't always get at the project one would like to engage themselves within. You may be ordered to do a different project than something you specialise in; ordered is the key word.

Capco has a great culture and fantastic leadership. The culture is set up so that you have the ability to grow your skills and be supported in the way you want to grow. Capco has a good work/life balance along with the best people!
Nothing I can think of.
Good people and culture, nice environment to work in
Mobility around roles not as flexible as advertised
Hr leader
Can't wait to move out
Unethical Bias Hr lacks integrity

The culture at Capco is great and leadership strives to make sure everyone feels included. Leadership is also very approachable, so if you want to get visibility with executives, it's easy to do so. Capco has affinity groups that host events. There is also a reasonable work-life balance, depending on the client.
Capco pays less than other consulting firms with comparable job functions/responsibilities.
It’s a very good company to work with
