Associate consultant
Supportive and friendly environment. Multiple options and career paths to choose from. Opportunity to work with big names in the FS industry.
Cant think of any cons.

A great place to work
None that I can think of
Great salary and lots of opportunities as an associate
Have to be in the office 3 days a week
I know that it can come down to luck of the draw with who you work with / for as with any company but I genuinely feel that there is a strong supportive and collaborative culture within Capco. My personal experiences have shown that both direct management up to Partner and coaches are supportive of personal development and career progression.
Could be better communication around the round table processes

its very project based so you can get screwed

Work life balance is good.
It is project based. So, you will have to wait to get relevant projects and alignment takes some time
There are a lot of people who are very nurturing and willing to info-share that absolutely make the Capco experience. I've met some of my favorite people here, people with fantastic humor and band together against cruddy situations and bolster each other up.
Unfortunately more often than not those individuals band together against Capco leadership, which in recent year seems to have soured. The culture has slowly become very cliquey, and upper management has made a habit of micro-managing teams and using borderline abusive language if individuals disagree with their way of doing things. Before I left I wasn't able to send an email without manager approval, even after having successfully led teams of previous projects. It really soured the experience and ultimately led to my departure.

- When there is no projects, it is somehow the fault of the consultant, when it should fall on account leads. - You are encouraged to reach out to account managers, who then complain when you do. - Pipeline is a joke, they have nothing - You cannot trust a number of senior people, they are all cowards and really need to look at themselves and take the blame for the failure of the project .

Good Culture and Environment for learning
Average in most aspects, nothing noteworthy
Good environment and good colleagues
Projects are too long, so it is not really consulting
