Capco has a strong portfolio of clients, offering opportunities to work on challenging and high-visibility projects. Career growth is possible for those who take initiative, and a few managers are genuinely supportive and help employees develop professionally.
However, the HR policies are not very employee-friendly. Employees are sometimes placed on garden leave without much transparency, and there’s a lack of proactive engagement from the HR team — for example, one-on-one sessions are not regularly scheduled, which can leave employees feeling disconnected.

It was great! Yayyy! Go me
They made a lot of people redundant
The company offers a great work culture with a balanced workload, providing a positive work-life balance. However, experiences may vary depending on the team you are in.
Overall, the company has a positive work environment and supportive colleagues. However, the main drawback is the limited salary increment opportunities, which may affect long-term motivation.

A breadth of fresh air - a consulting firm, which speaks plain English, is not elitist and doesn't try to ram an existing toolkit into every client engagement. Very flexible and with a can-do attitude. Promotes authenticity of people and champions individual styles, while providing open, tolerant culture where the most important aspect is how you want to progress, as long as you are willing to accept the challenge. I have yet to find anyone in the leadership team not willing to have a chat, openness is another huge advantage.
Some of the more junior associates may lack the energy and can-do attitude of the more seasoned ones. Not a company issue, just the reality of the job market and, dare I say, Gen Z.
