Employer branding
I have not seen any
I was asked to move out as they discontinued the newly created role, a minth after hiring. A call was scheduled that too the next day after I shared my strategy and was informed that they are not going ahead with me as well as the role. They told me no will be hired as replacement, its just that it will be handled bu existinge employees as additional role. I used to reported to the CMO who didnt obviously have much time to connect or guide during onboarding days. The peers were unsupportive. Most of them were much older and had more experienced than me, hence never connected or want to connect. I did receive feedback from a Project Management lady every now and then, on ridiculous things like "table alignment', excel sheet advise lol. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe already. My manager never really connected and one fine fine day she sets up a call to say that the role is no more. They payed off my salary for 2 months. What is have to say is, it's not normal to find fault with table and excel sheets when actual work needs to be addressed. On looking back what I went through aas planned and deliberate. They made a mistake in hiring for a new role and they decided to remove it a month after hiring. 2 years later even today there is no role under this title. The work environment centered around unsupportive and egoistic peers. Luckily I got a good job with similar role in an even bigger organization and is striving there since we yrs. But doing this to employees is not justified.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good guidance from seniors.
Management should focus on meritocracy instead of favouritism.
Associate
They have a very structured 'Associate Talent Program' which was a terrific way to transition recent college graduates into a full-time, workplace environment.
As with any company, there are a ton of politics at play within Capco. Getting staffed on specific projects or being able to work on exciting RFPs are generally contingent on having a good relationship with one of the Partners or MPs.
Principal consultant
can switch to different projects and try out new things
not much support from the internal community
Manager, corporate services
Culture, work life balance, pay
None at the moment!! No real cons
Friendly colleagues and very social, especially as a graduate. Office location is great if you're young and like Shoreditch
Easy to get put on a bad project where you're not actually consulting, but rather doing administrative work. Very much a bodyshop where they put as many people as possible on a project, even though you're not doing anything of value. Currently a lot of redundancies. Business is failing, very little money, and essentially no more funding for events. Mice in the office and building (especially bleachers area) needs renovations and more desks
Loose hierarchy/structure and work life balance
Culture is not there. Doesn’t feel like a team
