Lack of communication and clear guidelines
1) Company is Good but the Role of Management is Poor.
1) Less Experience people in management even they don't know about the domain and they will judge you. 2) Lack of Diversity and Inclusion: The company lacks diversity and fails to create an inclusive work environment. This can lead to a lack of perspectives and ideas, limiting innovation and employee engagement. 3) Unclear Performance Evaluation: The performance evaluation system is unclear and subjective, making it difficult for employees to understand how their work is being assessed. This can create a sense of unfairness and dissatisfaction among the workforce. 4) Manager they don't have the capability to judge an employee only rely on client(only one biased person) feedback and based on that they will fire even they don't think on that what was reason behind this why such situation happens
They don't interfere at your client related work
No support when some help is needed
Great place to work - really enjoy it
Pay could be a bit higher and incredibly demanding workload
Bonus structure Good people Good projects
Lots of redundancies recently Don’t take personal career into account
Starts from INR 15L/annum. Depends on the profile being joined
Pretty flat organisation, no career growth
My coworkers at the company were some of the most encouraging, inventive, and dedicated people I have ever had the pleasure of working with, despite some difficulties with the manager
Recalling my time working at this company left me feeling restless and uneasy. The outdated manager was a constant source of frutration and disappointment. His leadership style was rigid and inflexible, and he seemed completely out of touch with the needs and concerns of his employees. One of the biggest issues with the manager was his complete disregard for the injustices faced by many of the employees. He was penny-pinching and refused to invest in the necessary resources and tools to help us do our jobs effectively. This lack of support and investment left many of us feeling undervalued and underappreciated.
