A great place to build and grow in your career if you're driven and give time to let yourself grow. Capco serves a truly global Tier-1 clientele and has good quality, diverse portfolio of complex financial services focused consulting work. There's been healthy growth in both headcount and client logos over the last 2-3 years which speaks volumes about the trust that clients place on Capco consultants and parallely, management's laser focus on tapping into new opportunities. All of the above make recipe for good amount of growth opportunities for consultants.

- decent salary - professionals across the globe - some people have been a pleasure to work with and I have learned a lot
- Polish office has no idea how to develop their talents (at least those working remotely/business contract - no interest in feedback you provide to them - only interest is their short term benefit what will happen in future doesn't concern them at all. Also regarding client contracts - you should go fill a role we have, even though you are not interested and not a great fit - also we don't even have a good job description for it and we don't care about it) - Endless mess - There are set of rules (on boarding on client site, feedback, career development) that already function in other offices in the world but apparently in Poland you can't use what has been developed in other offices - all of the above is causing the good people to leave
