Lots of turnovers, no real accountability of leadership

unorganized, overwhelming, lack of following through

Work life-balance is terrible. The salary doesn’t reflect the responsibility of the job

Promotion could be challenging, less opportunity to have vertical movement (same like other organizations as well)

Can get paid more, no value for quality workers, stress and no proper response from management and maintenance no respect for QA

Sometimes too big of a company. Often in very rural areas.

It is cold, the start time is early, and there is a lot of mandated over-time, Management does not treat people with respect

No good communication on things. Décision are sometimes made without good communication

Didn't provide locker and a lot of my tools got stolen.

Like any large company, change is always happening. Not a place for the faint hearted if you can't handle change.

401k match, took away our pension, raises don't match up to annual insurance hikes

Multiple ERPs makes process a little bit challenging

Not stable working hours and waiting to long to get a full time status

Some may not like shift work. Rotation of shifts. Some or most people have to drive from other towns for work.

No work-life balance. Politics. Always overtime

down side is that if some invoice will create then its take too much time for release , its a very bad point of cargill

Lots of global transformations adds complexity to work; risk aversion to incorporate AI into tech at the moment

Upper managment does not care. They claim they do but privatly they talk about how bad you and all the other workers are.

Remote places. Not good for families with kuds
