decent if you are interested in what they sell/buy upward mobility is very possible, mainly due to the high turnover of staff. definitely not worth it if that mobility goes straight to manager. TLs for a euro extra on Sales assistants have to deal with unimaginable scrutiny %15 discount on used stock 2 week returns to original payment Expenses paid company festival in the UK to go to every year, mainly just for store management
if you are young or its a first job, i hope you like stacking the shelves and doing stickers attracts the very worst type of customer you could find. Crime & theft is a valid concern, company will not hire security. if you do decide to apply try get into one in a relatively decent area.
Team leader
*Staff discount of 15% * No uniform or dress code * Staff are friendly
*Don't exepxt any form of work life balance from this job. The company try and preach about how important and healthy it is but will not aid you in maintaining a healthy work life balance. *The pay for the work you have to do is terrible. Same goes for the entire company though. Unless you are a area Manager you get paid way under what other companies do. *Training you have to do in your own time as home. They give you a extensive amount of training and expert you to do it at home or in work. Everyone I know can't get this done in work as they have too many jobs on a daily basis so have to take it home with them. *No help when burnout hits and it can hit fast in this job.
15% staff discount nothing more
No other benefits, low pay, terrible unfair staff treatment. Horrible customers and a complete lack of safety. Contract 4 or 5 hours is a joke. Do not recommend.

Aaa Extremely toxic work culture that leads to mass turnover in staff. Staff members commenting on their colleagues weight, appearance, and personal issues in the presence of management yet no action is taken. All relevant teams are offshore, so it is recommended that all issues are reported directly to management. Lack of training with all staff and management creates a hostile environment toward unwanted staff to pressure them into leaving to avoid redundancy. Management offloading extra work as “projects” to minimum wage staff who are already overworked due to preferential treatment.
Store manager
Lots of opportunities to progress Opportunity to work across the globe Alcohol

Office manager
Well the pros of working with CeX are that it has a very easy going environment t, there is an open bar in the office , table tennis table, free food, office parties every month ,office events happening once in 3 months. So its the kind of an environment that is appreciated by maybe a fresher or some one with not allot of experience.
The cons of working with CeX are there is no protocol followed incase of hiring or firing people since its a private limited. There are no benefits at all. No PF deductions as well. Your jobs are not secured at all because there is no management as such.
Sales assistant
Make friends with practically all of your colleagues.
