Unclear Career Development Not Many Opportunities For Advancement Unorganized Staff Distracting Working Environment Difficult Training

It's a very conservative environment - as are most insurance/FIs. There is a culture of fear in some cost centers but the profit centers have a lot of fun.

Loads of admin and management layers

Work life balance can easily become a challenge if you want to excel, large meetings are frequent and can be tedious or irrelevant to your role

Bullying culture. Teamwork is not promoted - each man for himself. Long hours expected by leadership, for employees to complete tasks that are of little value.

As with many companies, Chubb now expects more with less. Really pushing the work-in-office/hybrid 3/2 work schedule. Technology is terrible. They don't seem to want to retain talent.

Small. very restricted risk selection.

Overworked, never finish, insured can be difficult. Lots to remember.

Outdated systems and also outdated I.T.
