Management is incompetent. They have no clear vision, people aren’t promoted based on merit. Toxic environment.

Too much parties and celebrations for management occassions (birthday, women day, anniversary, …) and that costs a lot. Risk of data privacy due to lack of sales awareness

You won’t have many friends, cuz you work for a bank. Salary is below peers, management is mid, 2023 reorg was done to maximize psychological trauma on workers.
