Too much red tape and bureaucracy

No work life balance exists

Not that stable as it is cutting off people

Old technology, long hours, Rest all fine

Experts at hiring a whole bunch of staff at once and then having layoffs a year or two later…practice better resource management. The old ways of working are long gone…embrace telecommuting and option for four day workweeks. Stop spending millions on facilities upgrades when there are no functioning workstations available when in office.

The worst environment ever Leadres very tough even in the daily human communications .

Can be long hours in peak time, to be expected

Organizational change is hard, but that happens everywhere
