Good benefits, can be steady, they will cater food onsite but lacking vegan options. Good pathways for opportunities. Fair compensation for work life balance, they made sure you were paid for any extra minute of work.
Communication is clunky between management and employees. We had a supervisor consistently raising expectations for performance. Many people were fired because of it, and our position was listed as hiring for less pay than when I was hired. It seemed like they were trying to squeeze out the people who got raises for new hires that were paid less.
