Very bureaucratical but there's a holistic strategy. Or at least there was when I joined in 2021. They compete for the best deals but there are 2-3 better banks which translates into several buy-side processes.

Sometimes we have deadlines that exceed output that can be delivered and superiors can offer concerns about it.
