Genuinely a good company to work for. Best pay in the industry. Pay raises every year. All Federal holidays off with pay. Great amount of PTO & sick days. Room for growth (in the right marketplace.) Off Sundays.
Constant system issues. Old technology. Company too big, so a lot of different dept. to deal with, so no one is on same page, even between branches. Working with public can get intense and being constantly disrespected by customers with little to no support from management & corporate. Not too much turn over can be bittersweet since you have to work with people with no drive, that should not be working there, having to picking up their slack. Can work up to 6 days a week, but still within 40hrs. Consolidating positions to put more on a workload on 1 person due to shortstaffing. Bonuses are discretionary, and the goal posts are always being moved, so seems almost impossible to get bonuses, but you're still expected to meet monthly and annual goals.

Work life balance is good.Management does not put much pressure.
Technically very slow to adapt to new tools. HRs are very unprofessional ,basically, they do nothing.

* lots of free time - worked here during covid and was forgotten.
* no challenges * mangers arent so great, especially the ones that were recently promoted. Those are the ones that micro manage * felt dumber leaving than joining...
