Can get intense on busy days

some things are limited on what u can provide to cardmembers

Lack of unifying purpose across the bank; huge culture change needed; cannot seem to fix regulatory issues nor see beyond regulatory problems and build the future so that these do not happen again; for the size of this bank, cannot believe that people practices are outdated

Weird system with access to the building

* Old technologies are being used and data lakes are not maintained properly * Any decision takes a lot of time due to the complicated heirarchy

long work hours, no bonus

No cons are there in Citi

Expect long working hours everyday

high work load most days
