Lots of roles involve being on the phone. Phone jobs are hell. Tight goals, high expectations Low pay for rolls

Although there is a diversity initiative, they do not treat people of color well. Also, they employ very invasive practices. Also, their training tactics are questionable (they use too much coding), they would let you flap your wings and exhaust yourself before giving you an explanation. Also, advancement can be tough. It is a man's world.

No respect from the team and anyone can call anyyime. No pay on working on Saturday release.
