Top-down management style Successful employees manage up only Work expectation is seven days a week / 24 hours a day, holidays too Work Life Balance non existent Internal systems poorly developed and managed Employee morale is at an all time low Company is solely focused on Risk and Control Governance - at the employee's expense

1. Process wise very poor 2. Onboarding is tough, needs lot of approvals for different accesses - Use of many internal frameworks and tools for which you wont get any help on google. - Management is not good

Inefficient & bureaucratic in some parts of the bank, but hopefully that will improve
