There are no cons I can think of.

Low salary and low bonus

Systems , training, not listening to employees concerns , flip floppy ( office change to further location and more days in office )

Benefits are limited compared to other companies

bonuses are rediculously low no incentives outside of the basic Office days 3 days is monitored by HR

Slow progress in terms of new ideas, and typically market following development. Slow and selective hiring process.
