Technical support advisor
There are no pros to this position. Stay away unless you like 2 weeks of someone speaking to you, showing you slides, and getting a little hands-on with platforms and tools. Then, you get thrown into live call nesting, where the only person you can rely on is yourself, and a chat room.
The training for this position is VERY inadequate, especially for those who are not already familiar with Avalon. Even if you tell them that you are having a hard time (in my case, I have a disability), it does not matter; maybe an extra 5 minutes here and there thrown in to try to finish up a test or a module.
