Our company was absorbed by Concentrix. I was able to keep my tenure from previous companies. I was able to work at home and stayed with my team I was already with for the entire time I was with them. A lot of flexibility. Tenured PTO was very nice.
Pay raises were inconsistent at best. I was never able to make close to average pay for my position. Leadership didn't seem interested in helping with change in pay structure. The company we were contracted by ended up losing the contract and we are in the process of being shifted or let go.
