Frequent organizational changes - There are constant department-level and structural changes, which sometimes create uncertainty and a lack of clarity in roles and reporting lines. Aggressive delivery timelines - Project timelines can be highly aggressive, leading to pressure during critical phases like UAT and go-live. Single contributor model with multiple projects - Often, one person is assigned multiple projects simultaneously, even though the model expects single ownership per project. This can stretch bandwidth significantly. Limited work flexibility - Work from office model with no flexibility for hybrid or WFH options. Documentation gaps - Product documentation and structured training need improvement. In many cases, knowledge resides with specific POCs, requiring constant dependency instead of having centralized, updated documentation. Official timings are not strictly followed – Although the standard shift is 12 PM–9 PM IST, US client engagements regularly extend work late into the evening, resulting in longer working hours being the norm rather than the exception.

Benefits provided are not good.

No Night Shift Allowance 9 and a half hours work

Not good for the salary and benefits

Very less salary and percentage of salary increament is very low. Also no allowance for night shift and cab is paid.

Training materials could include more practical examples.

-the individual in leadership are the problems- micromanaging, ego, blaming- will through you under the bus, if you are week and sensitive they will absolutely walk over you, individual performance and contribution to work will mean nothing if the TL/OM has already preference. -Bad/worst hirings (feels like they will hire anybody who don't want to work and burden the ones who are). FYI- focus on yourself and want you want out of this based on that act only.

No concerns from my end

- If a team leader didn't like you, they would sabotage your stats - Unrealistic KPIs - They frequently complained that the teams where never bonding or acting like team members but they refused to give us time to bond as a team - frequently covered up bullying and harassment

That's all. Less likelihood of improving/advancing your career in depth.

Can be extremely fast paced at times, which can be overwhelming for some

issues with the access card system. Not allowing a phone device or basic needs like coffee in the training rooms seems excessive. getting your attendance done is a task as there are only 4 devices to get it done

The salary not that good

Some projects may exhaust you in multi tasking and toxic working environment if the client is not okay

Less salary according to work pressure

- feels little bit controlled by the system management - jumaat prayer time limited

Salary is too low for experienced

Food is not upto expectations

I guess the biggest consequence is that associates have too much liberty.

All good with training as of now

treat you like garbage and don’t care about you at all

No free cab facility for men.

More friendly environment would make the work life even better
