If you volunteer to help out with anything other than your current role, it will become a trend and you'll almost certainly not be recognized or compensated for it. If you are a person who cares about what you're doing, you may find that this current pay structure will leave you discouraged and will potentially affect your zeal in the long run. The client pays Concentrix good per agent but the agent may see only 20% of that pay per hour. You may get a yearly raise, which may total in the cents and not dollars.
