Salary and benefits you get it in time. The shift timings are good.
You cannot survive in this fast pace environment where you will have to give 100% of your life to the work. Every time you go in it's like you are stuck at something you don't want to do.

Pros • Supportive and friendly team members • Good initial training and onboarding • Colleagues are helpful and willing to support new starters
Cons • Very rigid annual leave process; requests often require over a month’s notice, making it difficult to take time off when needed • Breaks and lunches are strictly monitored, with micromanagement even for minor delays, which can be challenging in a fully remote role • High pressure environment with heavy focus on targets; expectations can feel unrealistic despite consistent performance • Feedback often focuses on negatives rather than recognising good performance • Limited career progression opportunities • No salary increase despite long tenure and consistent contribution
