I truly enjoy working at Concentrix. Aside from my daily responsibilities, I also get the opportunity to participate in various engagement activities. I’m really having fun collaborating with people from different sites, which allows me to learn from diverse perspectives and build meaningful connections. Concentrix also fosters a supportive and inclusive work environment where teamwork, growth, and employee engagement are valued. These experiences make my work more fulfilling and motivating each day.
There’s a minor opportunity for improvement when it comes to the facilities.
Service delivery manager
They pay on time every two weekends.
Since they bought Webhelp, it became the most miserable place to work. It's no more a People-Driven place, they don't care about their managers and force them to the burnout. All decisions taken are cost-driven, no interest on invest properly to provide value but to operate at the maximum margin possible.

- Good benefits - Good work/life balance - Started giving annual bonuses
- Struggling to figure out how to make revenue in call center application space, throwing everything at the wall including the employees - Salaries do not keep pace with inflation - They talk a big game about caring about employees but it turns out to be a lot of lip service. Completely ignored employee satisfaction survey results in my organization. - High level of upper management churn leading to degradation of communication to employees on strategy or direction - Managers do not understand how to handle employees with health issues. They do not know what options employees have in terms of leave, and at times blatantly ignore requests for accommodations.

Having a high pay helps employees stay longer.
Having low wages can push employees to think about leaving the company when their income no longer covers the rising cost of everyday living.

You receive your salary on time, and you gain experience not only in technical work but also in navigating internal politics.
You are assigned unrealistic and unachievable targets, which appear to be designed primarily to justify salary reductions through incentive deductions. The work culture is poor and demotivating. The entire system is deeply flawed and corrupt, largely due to ineffective top management. Instead of focusing on operational improvement or employee well-being, leadership seems preoccupied with finding ways to reduce compensation by cutting incentives and continuously increasing work pressure.
