Operations manager
I’ve been with the company for 6 years, and my experience has been very positive, especially when it comes to growth and development. I started as a part-time advisor, and through continuous learning, support, and opportunities to take on more responsibility, I progressed into an Operations Manager role, which I’ve been in for the past 2 years. The company genuinely values internal promotion and gives people the chance to develop their skills, step out of their comfort zone, and grow their careers. There is room to learn, make mistakes, and improve, and hard work is noticed and rewarded. Leadership encourages development and supports employees who are motivated to advance.
As with any growing company, the work can be demanding at times, especially in operational roles. However, this also comes with valuable learning opportunities.
