Working here feels like being locked in a cage. Personal items like phones and watches must be stored in lockers, and “discipline teams” roam around doing surprise checks, making you feel more like a student under strict supervision than a working adult. The atmosphere is robotic and draining, with little to no regard for your personal time or well-being. Policies change frequently without warning, always in favor of the company.
