Employee centric company who has faith on past and new employees irrespective of their tenurity.
When new lines of business are brought into the company, I would like to be honoured with additional salary as its my efforts which brought that new line of business from the client. (this is not given to the employees currently) A bit of better salary hike would make employees more happy and keep them motivated to work. Even the fresher salary benchmark should be increased.

Remote work, overtime hours, insurance benefits, and paid time off
Forced overtime hours (forced to work 50-60 hours per week) with no information advanced or ability to dispute, customers can leave bad reviews to you from any client you work under which will affect your job security even if the review was due to company police, company overhead has no compassion for any game changers (what they call their employees) and only care about statistics that are highly change by angry customers that we can no control due to company policies.

Night Shift Allowance: The compensation for late hours is a positive & competitive feature. Strong Peer Culture: The only thing keeping the department afloat is the support from colleagues. My immediate teammates are great, helpful, & the only reason we manage to survive the daily workload.
Infrastructure: The computer systems are outdated & frustratingly slow, which directly hinders productivity. Lack of Support: There is a noticeable absence of support from both Team Leads (TL) & Operation Managers (OM). Unrealistic Expectations: KPIs are set so high they are virtually unachievable, especially given the lack of performance bonuses. Zero Guidance: On certain projects, there are no Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). New or struggling associates are left to "survive" on their own without proper training or resources.
