Bad management and environment people

As an agent in the biggest partner's project here, I personally felt that everything was worse than other BPO from getting job certificate to office cleanness level(I saw cockroach in water dispenser, limited seats in cafeteria, and I got allergy while working here because there is no proper sunshine nor clean air without windows). The company will not protect you from anything much, so maybe only acceptable for short term.

Low salary, fringe benefits are ok.
