terrible pay, massive boys club, no room for advancement when you get turned down so they can hire their friends, will ship your work off shore and you get nothing for years of hard work and making money for them.

Working in a clients location is nothing less Hell. They torture like anything They don't provide basic essential like system, chairs, drinking water, caffeteria and work support . The work place is big "no" red flag there is no sufficient systems and chairs to sit and work, we have to adjust with systems and they expect to finish weekly and monthly targets.
