Work load gets heavy at the end of year, like from November to January work load is quite hectic.

For my first job, I met really good people had a family expericence, was working as the most effecient person on the floor. The quality of life was really good.
In turn of the quality life being good you would sacrifice money/salary. For a starting role you wouldn't get a great package. Instead you have the quality of life to go for. For you to make decent money you would have to give 3 - 4 years to the organisation.
