*they love unhealthy competition thats leads to have politics and influence for promotion * Directors and Managers data inaccuracies * HR are sleepy there not aware whats going on about the operations thats leads to some leaders to corrupt. They take action base only what they hear (one sided)

Nothing good, Only making fool of people.
I was assigned to wfh for a bank profile. That campaign went redundant and they kept whole staff under shadows 3 months, in these months u cannot apply another position bcz all has been freeze. Then offer roles basis what they prefer without giving preference on the staff. So end of day ppl will get tired resign by themselves so they hv to pay redundancy payout. No need to mention about the pay its will same lowest compared to any other org in same field.
