The Support team was very ineffective and they did not wait till you improve. They dismissed me after 2 weeks of nesting due to my numbers and the didn't give me previous warning or at least let me enhance my weaknesses

Supportive team environment, no over time
It seems some QAs doesn't have enough language skill to discuss with other QA in other country regarding area specification. This causes cultural gaps, and makes difficulties to keep online safety.
-Quite high salary compared to other BPO -Good location, easy to travel -Dental benefit
-Typical micromanaging BPO -Low salary increment -Sometimes the HR did not align with the management -HR make mistake in the contract but did not corrected them after being point out, just apologise (luckily there is proof of the mistake)
