Seasonal positions do not last very long.

You cannot ensure there is a carreer path as agent in a certain specialty you want to stay, maybe you are good and still will be moved to a different campaign doing CSR when your strentgh is sales. If you get out of the phone as support or any "acting" position, you never get a rais and they keep you on those positions over years (which is ilegal) Once you finally get a full position out of being agent, you will never see a penny on overtime again even when you will for sure need to work over your shift!

Bad project, bad HR, worse company culture both from Concentrix and the project's company.

Too less OT to earn more money

bad working environment due to pressure
