More micro management. Politics and poor management

Mostly automotive projects can get stale sometimes

-Weak management -The senior managers don't take advise -Salary and year bonus was a joke

No cons as such. Good company to work for

Requires you to be good at time management while switching between multiple projects ( Domain / Team Oriented )

The company doesn't have courses for the tools you gonna work with or documentation for what you suppose to do, so much of the time you have to ask your questions to colleagues

Paid not proportionate to the amount of work. Not bad benefits though.

Senior leadership is disrespectful and does not know how to lead. Automotive group is falling apart.

Fast paced, high stress, all the NA plants are being shut down

Some people may get overloaded with work if they are too good at what they do. Little to no possibly for self improvement, once you get into a project and get some experience there it's quite hard to switch to something else.

-Due to the toxic competition in automotive industry, some postions are under great pressure (such as engineering, R&D etc.)

Inconsistent quality of processes and people management

Uncertainty; not much benefit; leave minimal

Bad management. Sometimes overtime work is required. Salary is not good.

- The salaries are pretty low for the romanian IT industry - The management do not care about employees concerns - Poor knowledge even in the case of experience developers and managers - A lot of overtimes and on calls, especially when you want to grow and keep your interest up - Micromanagement - The salary increases are only based on the time spent within the company, not on employee performance or implication (involvement)
