Quite well organized, compared to the most other Automotive companies. Several free courses offered. Meal tickets. Free transportation if needed and possible. Many great people. Learned a lot, many thanks for this !
I've got fired whithin... 30 minutes without any real reason (after 14 years)- been paid 3 month compensation - no recomandations, no futher answers. Prefered to leave instead of involving a lawyer and keep "working" in such toxic conditions. Started as Project Manager for 1 year then changed to Sales and Logistics. Had no relevant salary increase (just to compensate the inflation rate). Overtime paid only the first 2-3 years, Had to work at least 4-5 hours daily even from holiday due to the missing real replacement,

Friendly work environment, with direct access to local senior management.
Difficult commute because the location was 30 min walk from train station. The overall corporation was not investing in our location. That caused teams from different locations to be competing in an unhealthy way.

Great location, nice facilities, ergonomic furniture
Extensive paperwork and requirements make HR processes not very efficient
