Senior software qa engineer
Good environment , a lot of support from managers.

Program manager

Junior rpa developer
Friendly environment to work in
Big corporate with little to compared to startups
Ngsa sales development program
Decent entry role out of college Great exposure to tech landscape / data center industry Basic fundamental selling skills (don't expect to progress beyond that though)
Micromanagement Incompetent leadership (both in NGSA and overall Dell executive leadership) Brain-dead metrics (they will call you out for talk-time - wtf?) Standards that emphasize quantity over quality Products aren't really keeping up with the times Useless SAMs (they manage associates - similar to SDRs) In September 2024, they RTO'd NGSA / inside sales with two days notice - meanwhile the rest of the Dell org was given advance notice of RTO for March 2025... (hybrid schedule with 3 in, 2 out was working fine for everyone) Massive echochamber, they're extremely culty
Solutions architect
good work life balance and no micromanagement
nothing to learn and innovate.
