Company politics is too much

Unreasonable workloads and deadlines Imbalance work assignments and distributions between team members Lack of clarity & justification on promotions that wasn't entirely aligned with contributions or actual responsibilities which been observed across functional teams including own team

hign pressure and you have to handle it

Big company -> big process overhead

What you did for us yesterday is no longer a path to tomorrow. Dell was a great company to work for thier brilliant business leadership. Dell had a culture that was very progressive when it came to diversity, best place I have ever worked when it came to WLB, remote work was lauded and perfected here, and Dell really showed they cared when it came to the welfare of its employees and their families, this was always a high priority and they showed it time and again. Dell was very aware of their impact globally and the environment and was a dedicated caretaker to our planet and they were a valued member of the communities / countries where they operated with a foundation build on being a true meritocracy where leaders backed up what they preached.

Lots of restructuring & change occurring

Career progress is not much fast.
