unstable at times, flip flopping change in strategy

Constant layoffs. Not clear in direction, first announced 50% would be remote by certain year then a few years later complete u-turn to on-site. Did not follow vision but rather what other companies were doing.

The organization is having lots of changes, structures.

- Limited openings in popular cities to move to

5 days onsite, teams giving out lowest priority job for you

too little projects with the team

Corporate directives divide and weaken every aspect of their business and the customers suffer for it

Nothing much demanding. Easy work.
