Benefits The people The technology
Low morale Lack of Leadership Commuinication Little transparency
Looking back, it was better than what is available now.
To telling when you will be laid off.
- Well-known company - Flexible PTO, depending on leadership - Collaborate with of the smartest minds in tech
- Hard to break through to Consultant level or find roles to move internally in current state - Difficult to get promoted unless you “fit in”; this seemed to be the deciding factor rather than hard work, ethics or merit. - Lots of red tape between you and driving progress; even with a comprehensive proposal innovative ideas are discouraged or deprioritized - The longer you stay, the less you stand to make in your career; market rate adjustments seemed to only apply to new hires & annual raise percentage was often very low.
Facilities are great over there.
Not that I can think of.
didnt hate it didnt love it
didnt love it didnt hate it
work culture is very good
they can add food facility
-Incredible design team with supportive leadership -Talented peers -Interesting projects both internally and externally (consumer, commercial, and enterprise) -Lots of opportunity to make change if you're proactive -Good benefits package
-Swift transition from hybrid to full-time on-site with tracked compliance. -Office is outdated and loud; does not contain perks like free coffee. There are sometimes not enough seats for employees to have a dedicated desk/workspace. -Medium-low design maturity.
Good leadership, non toxic, respect peoples work life balance. High ethics and values
could do an update on tools
Wlb is not bad depending on team
Salary is lower than market
