Corporation and all that comes with it: stability (comparing to startups and most of small companies); nice salary; standard set of benefits (health care, insurance, gym card etc). For now it's also still possible to work fully remotely (in R&D Poland, don't apply to Sales team and to other countries where Dell operates). Work-life balance is better than other places I've worked before. Pressure for results is at the right level. But this might not apply to each and every team, I know just mine.
Corporation and all that comes with it: centuries old, absurd procedures; lack of transparency on multiple aspects; lack of any agility.
Tsr/customer service representative
