No exposure to higher management. Only your direct reporting manager is accessible. No proper HR department for your team. HR representatives are accessible via a chatbot. So if there is a sensitive issue that you may need to confide into your project/department HR , there is no process around it.

Management was unprofessional, customers we called weren’t aware we were calling to help/make sure they got their equipment set up. Cold calling-essentially.

The work culture is very toxic in Legacy Dell . Older experienced employees have made their own gang and play next level politics.
