Your experience really depends on the manager of the engagement you're staffed on. And a LOT of repetitive, boring engagements and scope of work

Sometimes constant busy season due to nature of different teams

Overtimes are regular with indian management. Project deadlines are short with limited team members

When I got offer HR said I have to go 2 days a week but after joining the team have rule of at least 3 days a week

You will work a lot, and there will be loads of work due to a limited project period.

Nothing at this moment I can think of.

Hours are bad, and extra-hours are not paid (even if illegal). Overall stressful, and can even be toxic if unlucky with the team. Be loud, make your demands clear and you will most likely be OK.
