Senior consultant
Smart people at the Consultant and Partner level, insane variety of projects, practices, verticals, clients. Choose your own adventure.
Deloitte is a shell of its former self. Lots of not-so-intelligent people at the Manager and MD-level. All they care about it making sales. They do not care about developing talent like they used to.
Consultant
Pay is decent Holiday breaks are great
Workload can be extensive At least in my experience switching teams is a little more difficult
Anonymous employee
Brand recognition Big 4 experience (just a hype and too tiring)
Tiring work culture - getting billed in one project and doing work of multiple projects Work is not valued by some in the mid to senior management ADs and Ds as they'll take you for granted Weekends are taken for granted in the name of interviews and some projects that's become a mess due to some loose ends made in the past by some employees who jumped ship If you're exiting the company they'll try their best not to pay all your hard earned money on the pretext of some policy or other - especially Earned leave encashment
Experienced analyst (audit)
Good exposure to multiple industries and access to a broad network in the industry.
Low pay and long hours.
Manager - risk management
Large spectrum of clients in finance and other industries
Boot camp very tough and late working hours

Risk advisory consultant
I was hired without previous experience and they gave me an oportunity to learn while I was still in university
Salary was not very good, benefits practically inexistent, not even the coffee machine in the office was decent
Great learning, High visibility to senior management
No work life balance at all Every Saturday and Sundays we have to work. If we are handling domestic clients, mostly all the issues will be attended through mobile calls
It project mamager
Good learning and good work
No cons in company, sometime travelling to client locations become challenging
