Excellent learning opportunities and strong focus on upskilling Exposure to global clients and large-scale projects Strong brand name that adds value to your career Structured processes and well-defined career paths Access to certifications, training portals, and mentorship Good benefits and employee-friendly policies Leadership is generally approachable
Work-life balance is inconsistent; depends heavily on project and team Deadlines can be aggressive, leading to occasional long hours Promotions can be slow and competitive HR processes are robust but sometimes take time Pay increments may not always match market expectations

Good name to have on the CV
Bullied in the UK office in the Capital and Infrastructure Projects team based in the London office - partners and directors are mostly Aussie so any issues with one, they all gang up on you. Company is toxic, everyone has self inflated egos and an entitlement that they work for the best in the business. Poor pay and poor hours
Director
Great leadership, very high calibre talent who are hard working and committed. Great team culture. Plenty of autonomy and opportunity. Innovative and forward thinking.
Demanding KPIs, sometimes long hours, can be a bit political and competition between teams is sometimes an issue.
Accountant
Nice benefits and encouraged to work hard
Could be more transparent about progressoin
Good career progression framework, so there were options to move up
A lot of the work was in powerpoint presentations.
1. Learning curve 2. Broader industry understanding 3. Culture of flexibility
1. Comp 2. Working hours 3. Recognition - intangible 4. Performance management system
Anonymous employee
Learning opportunities, possibility to work on a lot of side projects or events, nice and smart people in general.
Pay is starting to be ridiculous, they lowered the pay bands and promotions have slowed down. Peers in industry are progressing faster and getting their footing with much better knowledge.
Associate
Exposure, networking, exit opportunities, ability to learn a lot.
No life for balance, toxic management, no Saudi, employees empowerment, very toxic very micromanaging.
