The work is slow projects not distributed properly

We’re constantly pressed to deliver complex work on understaffed teams and are also expected to lean in and be present with those teams and clients but eat our hours because we are expensive and ruin the financials if we bill our actual time.

Low progression in some teams

currently everything is good except opportunity freshers

The management can be better, the pay can be better as it is not satisfactory to the work that is done.

Less salary, only a few slots for promotions

Due to utilization requirements you have to work overtime every week or you won't make your numbers.

Mostly they put you into support roles

High pressured environment with busy season deadlines

High school culture very hierarchical

lack of growing and learn new thing

Company politics and bias culture.

Depends on project and sometimes hectic

Dont learn enough hard skills for specialised roles in the industry(eg:tech).

Low pay and alot of workload

1. Relatively low pay (20% less than industry) 2. Absolutely no respect for your personal well-being... They may have some seminars organised but absolutely no chance you'll be given time off to attend. 3. It's EXPECTED that you will go above and beyond (50-60 hours per week). 4. Politics, politics, politics - you will go further by sucking up to your Partner than actually doing good work 5. Deloitte can't land top tier clients, meaning you'll end up working on unfulfilling engagements

Tiered PDM system can be frustrating

Some projects can be really hectic. Deloitte can have a lot of internal headaches to deal with as well. They could add bureaucracy and red tape to a child's birthday party.

Less paying job compare to other companies

Layoffs when ever they want

No such cons as per my experience

Stressful, unhealthy environment, biased leadership

Fast paced projects which is expected in big 4

Long hours and travel become tiring after a few years.

Workload can be high depending on project and weeks

DIH the destination of Deloitte NSE and ME for low budget projects. To higher only one analyst from dih for 2 or 3 months as a support engineer to make donkey work Or to higher lead or manager to work under one of Europe med level or analysts !! Lame projects, the Managing partner deal with people in challenging way and take it personally which is very weird!

Salary is too low. Internal process and system are messy.

Competitive, and can be tough to find a “close” team

Work life balance is poor

Long hours, not sustainable long term.

It's a big company with all kinds of people. Get on the wrong team with people who are self absorbed or incompetent, you'll feel stuck, burnt out and miserable.

DOGE ended many of the fulfilling projects making it more challenging to find mission aligned opportunities

Bad politics and wasnt good enough.

No work/life balance, difficult to come by

Commute. The overall benefits are quite modest
