Extremely high work pressure with almost no work-life balance on many projects; long working hours are common, and during critical phases employees are expected to stretch till early morning (even 4–5 AM). Client demands are often prioritized over personal time, work timings are not respected, and a large amount of work is assigned at once, making it difficult to manage sustainably.
