-Medical insurance -Flexible working hours and they are very relaxed with needing to leave and replace your hours - generally young colleagues, average being 30 years old - great summer hours( worm 34 hours with Wednesday and Friday half days) -constant training
-working with other departments that aren't well trained - very low salary especially for the expectation and work load you have - can have a few high pressure months
