For more experienced professionals, progression can feel challenging without an established internal network. Visibility and relationships sometimes seem to carry more weight than actual skills or output. People who are more introverted or less inclined toward internal politics may find it harder to grow, even when they deliver strong work. While the company promotes inclusion, the reality can vary between teams and leadership styles. In some cases, support for experienced professionals may feel limited if they are not already well-connected internally.

Management is terrible. Ask you to work 80 hours a week and then let you go when there is no project.

They took away the allowanced after 1-2 years, they spent less in corporate events, and they micromanage way too much.

Work life balance is not good here.

Internal Politics became uncontrollable & Upskilling not being emphasize for long term employee

There are way too many compliance hoops to jump through and a cut throat culture. Partners/PPMD's treat SC's and below as disposable; missing your scheduled meetings twice in a row is a common practice.

Sometimes there was some toxicity from upper management

No mentorship, most managers are pure consultants and not that mature technically, mediocre pay

-> Slow promotions and fixed growth cycles. -> Risk of being underutilized in support roles. -> Heavy bureaucracy and internal politics. -> Work-life balance depends heavily on the team/project. -> Compensation lower than market for high performers.

Hard work and often not aligned to your goals
