The pay is lower than other big four and there is no salary transparency like negotiation or motivation. They act like there is work life balance but there is not really, and how the flex policy is written it ultimately results in no flex time. It is fully up to you to manage your workload, no one will do that for you and the sooner you learn that the better you will do. It is less international than expected.

Work-life balance can be challenging, especially during peak project periods. High performance pressure and long working hours are common. Internal processes can be complex and sometimes slow. Compensation may not always match workload at senior levels.

Sometimes you may find some people from domestic teams that don't quite understand international working culture and are not interested in adapting to it. Thus, if you have worked in the int. team and then been transferred to the domestic team, you will need some time to adapt to the different working culture as well. In this case, so long as you are also happy working in the Thai domestic culture, you're good.
