Not many cons that I can think of.

A few that don't really matter in the grand scheme of things.

Mandatory overtime. Then they send you home early or close for days with no pay. They don't care about the employees. You get to move up if you know somebody. They hire leads and make them work without the pay or title then find a reason to fire them when they are done with them.

My experience has been negative because of a co-worker experience. Constantly negative behaviour towards bullying new hired employees. This is all based from experience and a solid proof that this co-worker does not have the ability to perform equally on a multicultural environment. A 14+ year Software Engineer has left the organisation and has been performing effectively I reckon because of the same reason. Please be careful this is a serious matter. Also, please beware that this will be engaging a setup to fail activities upon signing up.

A noticeable level of complacency exists across many roles, which has significantly limited the company’s growth relative to what is expected of a modern, 21st century organization,despite leadership’s repeated claims of progress and innovation. Core systems and processes remain outdated and inefficient, yet there is frequent discussion about adopting AI. Attempting to implement AI without first establishing structured, modern, and reliable systems is unrealistic and reflects a fundamental disconnect between strategy and execution. The depth of the operational and structural issues is such that it is genuinely difficult to understand how the company continues to operate, let alone compete, under its current model. There appears to be entrenched internal favoritism within a large Brazilian employee group, extending from VP to director levels. Promotions into management roles often seem based on tenure rather than demonstrated leadership or people management capability. As a result, employees are sometimes placed on Performance Improvement Plans without prior feedback or clear expectations, leaving them blindsided and abruptly separated without severance.
