Clueless leadership Not sure of what they want Alot of trial and error No work life balance Lucky to be well funded for senior management to be able to play " trial and error" with people's careers

So far nothing to be really complaining.

Too many projects for engineers to handle

Facilities team too rigid (Require flexibility)

- Lack of direction and focus

Too long hours, work life not well

Poor mid and executive management that were employed recently

No clear direction. Interim leadership signal more changes down the road. Most people working there are pretty new (less then 1-2 years). Toxic environment due to uncertainty and changes, not because of ingrained culture or habit.

slower career progression and pay increment

Sometimes clients are difficult but i guess it is the same as everywhere else.
