Associate software engineer

Open concept for office. lesser privacy
Consultant
1) Leadership in the consulting team has changed (from EVP to Directors). More forward looking. Always starts at the top. 2) Larger and more exciting projects. More room for growth and learning. Doing projects no one else in Singapore have a chance to do. 3) International exposure. Transformation in the Malaysia office also. Colleagues in the regional offices also commenting positively about the changes. 4) Chance to build new capabilities which I like to do.
1) Work life balance does not exist. Not for the faint hearted. See my colleagues too much. Family complaining. 2) Still early to see if the transformation will be a success. New office is so-so lah.
Engineer
Great exposure to latest cyber technology.
None as of now. Everything is reasonable .
Manager
Interesting, challenging work. Supportive colleagues. Flexible, so long as work gets done.
Senior Leadership needs to articulate the vision and the path to realizing its vision more frequently as many people are in the field and not always in the office. Sometimes it can be hard to remember how we are contributing to our vision when we get lost in the minutiae of each day. Working hours are rough. That’s why we need good leaders to rally behind.
Associate engineer
Little supervision by mgmt, just get your work done.
Slow progression, salary not competitive.
Security engineer
-Flexible hours compare to other company
-High turnover rate -workload becomes more when colleague leaves the company.
Cyber security associate
have free vending machine free snacks free drinks
never seen such a stiff hierarchy in a tech company before. if you like working military style, this is the place to be at. micro manage down to the level of your work, it doesn't matter if you are great at your work, or certified. It only matters if you follow them or not. It doesn't matter if the current method is wrong/inefficient/waste customer time, it only matters if you got listen to your seniors and bosses or not. better just sign up at SAF, still got sign on bonus, iron rice bowl and probably less work load in SAF
Good benefits and great office environment
Tend to get overworked and assigned with task you can hardly manage.
Information security analyst
Good company to start a career
Not much opportunities to climb
Senior finance executive
Good superior, friendly environment. But depending on the department you're in
Sometimes deadline is quite tight, abit rush on month end. overall is ok
